reticles
Reticles is a token on Robinhood Chain, launched on Pons, where every buy assembles an on-chain unit for the buyer. A unit is the MetaMask blockie of the wallet that bought it, drawn by the contract itself. There are 10,000 units. When all of them are assembled, the Inference Farm opens.
Phase 1 — Assembly Live
- Any buy of the token for at least $8 assembles one unit. The minimum is fixed in ETH at launch and stored in the contract as
minBuyWei.
- One unit per buy, whatever its size. A $400 buy assembles one unit with strength 50.
- Up to 50 units per wallet. Units arrive automatically: there is nothing to claim.
- 10,000 units in all, numbered in chain order. When #10,000 is assembled, assembly closes forever.
- Buys on the Pons curve and on the Pons Uniswap v4 pool after graduation both count.
- The unit goes to the wallet that ends the transaction holding the tokens. Routers and aggregators that pass tokens along are never counted as buyers.
- The ETH that counts is the ETH that reached the Pons curve or pool. If you buy through a router that takes a fee, aim a little above $8.
- Wallets used by the team at launch do not assemble units.
The unit
Each unit is an 8 × 8 blockie, generated on-chain byte for byte the way MetaMask draws them (the blo library). Your first unit is your own wallet's blockie. Units 2 to 50 from the same wallet are its siblings, seeded with the wallet and the unit's number, so every unit is different.
The image and metadata live in the contract. Nothing depends on a server, and the art can never be changed.
Strength
The size of the buy that assembled a unit is its strength: the buy divided by the minimum. The minimum buy is strength 1.0; a buy of ten times the minimum is strength 10.0.
Strength is written into the unit forever and travels with it if it is sold. It is the unit's weight in the Phase 2 Inference Farm: stronger units earn a bigger share.
Phase 2 — Inference Farm At 10,000
The farm opens only if all 10,000 units are assembled.
- Activate a unit by burning 10,000 tokens. Inactive units earn nothing.
- Active units earn from every trade, funded by the token's creator fees, weighted by strength.
- Claim per unit, or for all your units at once.
The reward asset and schedule are published before the farm opens.
Phase 3 — Distributed Inference Later
Details come after the farm.
Verifiable
The Reticles contract enforces the 10,000 cap, 50 per wallet, the minimum buy, and one unit per buy (the same buy can never assemble twice). Which buys happened, and how big they were, is read from the chain by a keeper, which assembles them in order. The keeper is trusted for that reading, but every buy and every unit is public, so anyone can check that each eligible buy received the right unit.

FAQ
- Do I need to mint or claim?
- No. Buy the token on Pons; the unit arrives in the wallet that bought.
- What if I sell my tokens?
- Your units stay yours. Units are separate NFTs.
- Can I buy more than one unit?
- Yes, one per buy, up to 50 per wallet.
- What if I buy for less than $8?
- That buy does not assemble a unit.
- What happens if the 10,000 are not reached?
- Assembly simply stays open. The farm opens only at 10,000.
Reticles is an experiment on a young chain. Nothing here is a promise of returns. Only use what you can afford to lose.
